Great but UI needs work
Finding tickets needs to be easier. Also PLEASE add the add-to-wallet function. Otherwise good app.

Hmm. Not great
Used the app a couple of times but with a very disappointing outcome today. We were winning the bid and had to decide whether to take the first train to Stockport from Euston or wait for the one we bid on. As we were winning we thought to try and keep that train so when the final seconds counted down and we were still winning we were shocked to be told that there weren’t any seats available. Had we known this earlier (and I’m sure they know more than 30 mins in advance. Peeempt developers response that we don’t know) we could have got the earlier train knowing that we wouldn’t be charged. AS SOON as they know there aren’t seats you should be informed and be allowed to retract your bid…. It’s a bit of a con that could be made amazing with some thought for the customer App is now deleted until improved
Not what it used to be
Previously very good but now with it’s £3 fee the OPENING ’auction’ price plus the std class ticket is higher than the First Class price at the time of ticket purchase. No point to the app now.

Not possible to progress past a blank registration page.

Cancelled train money taken
They took money from my account after they correctly informed me the train had been cancelled. I wonder why I was the winner !!!
Truly awful
So I was told about this app by a fellow traveler on a train. It was sold to me as something I could use to buy tickets and then upgrade to first class with a seat reservation. Little did I know that you get locked into an auction for the upgrade, with NO MEANS OF WITHDRAWAL. The Auction ends one hour before I am due to travel, what good is that? You can buy the upgrade outright (if it lets you) but it’s almost double the face value of the actual ticket to do so. Then they add something called a “Platform Charge” of £6, which I had already paid for the standard ticket. Absolute rip off. Won’t be using this again.
