Simple and easy.
If I have the choice I won’t buy tickets anywhere else
So easy and I feel like they have the best price possible. Plus you usually refund tickets up to 48hrs before the event without an extra charge.

Company that avoids its customers
There is no way to contact them. They want you to go through all their “frequently asked questions” instead. Then it gives you instructions on how to find their contact number (ONLY if you purchased tickets you SHOULD be able to get their support number, it’s a secret I guess). Following THEIR written instructions word-by-word and we cannot locate their number. My husband bought concert tickets through them (thought he did presale so I have no idea how he got here to seatgeek). I am sorry, I can’t imagine supporting a business who avoids their customers like this - they need some Chick-fil-A , Zappos, or Trader’s Joe training!

I wanted to treat myself to Beyonce’s Renaissance tour and I was able to purchase floor tickets section B, row 9, seat 1 the morning of the concert for under $600. What a birthday gift!!! I had an amazing time!!!!! I will NOT be purchasing my concert tickets anywhere else. In fact, SeatGeek has inspired me to look for more concerts of some of my other favorite artist. Thank youuuuuu, SeatGeek! 🥰

Seat geek is so easy and so simple to use makes looking for tickets to any occasion to concerts, plays, games, and more. And first time users get a discount which I think was a huge plus! Will be use seat geek from now on for any tickets I need!
