Aplicativo não permite pegar uma segunda via de fatura, o que é inconcebível em 2024. Qualquer outra empresa te dá essa opção, até mesmo a CEEE. Fica aí a sugestão implementar isso pra ontem.

Suporte não temos, em 3 meses sempre tenho problemas. Ligo para lá atendimento pior ainda!!! App tinha que ter parte de suporte. Whats não respondem. Ainda somos obrigados a ficar com serviço de pessima qualidade se quiséssemos cancelamento! DECEPCIONADA
Pós venda meio ruim
Atendente me deixa parado no WhatsApp Sebratel Das 14:02 até agora 17:32 e não me retorna nada. Preciso alterar parâmetro no roteador para acesso a minha energia solar.
Problemas de conexão
Não encontrei no app opção para relatar problemas com o meu link.
