Sucky app and even suckier support
This app offers no way to select “local” phone numbers that would appeal to Facebook marketplace buyers and business contacts in my home area code. Unlike other “2nd phone line” apps I’ve seen, this one only offers a random smattering of about 20 numbers spanning the entire country to choose from! This deters buyers looking to deal with me locally. All attempts to reach this app’s “support” team to request a refund (using their frightfully generic and ineffective contact page AND emailing Techistic directly) have resulted only in automated non-delivery emails and no actual contact with them. Avoid using this app and this scam company! They mislead you, take your money, and leave you hanging. Lame!
