Ideal for changing mobiles in various countries.
Scam doesn’t even give an Australian number lies to you then they reply to comments pretending to fix problems but they don’t
I wasted $30 for nothing. Was going to use them to make an account on Temu for the verification codes and all the numbers were used. Requested for a refund twice and was told it’s not eligible. Scam app. Do not buy
I paid $155 pa for a plan. Then a little while later I added another number in the app. It cancelled my current annual plan! This wouldn’t be a problem if it gave me warning or any other options or anything! But it didn’t! To get the plan back I have to pay $399 pa! With NO respect given to the time paid for and still owing on the current plan!
Decent UI but not enough clarity for users outside of the US. App support is also pretty sub par and you are forced to create a chat with them in some instances just for them to send you a link. Put your FAQ links in a more accessible area + for things like subscription cancellation, it’s silly to make it a multiple step process, which ends with support sending you an Apple FAQ link. It’s available on the AU App Store but is predominantly for US and Canada, unless you want to pay a hefty amount more. 2Number is a better option if you are in Australia.
Very hard to use. I canceled my subscription over a month ago and still no refund
The app itself seems to be okay, but today I just paid for it, but what it doesn’t tell you is the amount of id/information you need to do so, it might be just easier to go and get another SIM card, and the price is ridiculous, I would like a refund if possible. -no it doesn’t ask for ID till you have already paid, you select the country and phone number you would like, then immediately afterwards it asks for your money, then after you pay you accept some terms, and then it asks for the ID.
Makes you pay for a subscription and then asks you for copies of government issued ID, address and other personal details.
I did paid for one year $230 and after I paid I find this not the number I choose I contact them to change my number or to refund me they didn’t answer they waste my money they are scammers don’t trust them don’t even paid them it’s really disappoint me
