Got this to send a text to a US Number. Got a message saying that texts to US Numbers aren't allowed!!!

If you choose to get one of our plans then your payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
When canceling a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled but the current subscription will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Messages use prepaid credits. Area code availability varies. May not work with SMS shortcode services. Not for 911 or other emergency services.
Text messaging to UK and US numbers is unavailable (UK, US, PR, VI, Guam, and American Samoa).

Doesn’t work in USa
Doesn’t work in USA. The app contacted me to say it works in the us but no us numbers are available. I could use it to call. No refund. It’s called second phone TEXTING number!!!!
Fraud - No USA Texting
This app is literally fraud. They advertise pictures of USA numbers. I buy the subscription to find out theres no texting inside the USA.
Will not let you text it is a scam
Please refund my money and let me cancel my subscription. This will not let me send US texts.. It also does not let you cancel your subscription this is a scam. Please cancel my subscription and give me a refund..

‘Private Texting by Texter’ is a SCAM - STAY AWAY!
App claims to let you text from a 2nd number, doesn’t say it doesn’t work within the U.S. until AFTER you pay for a ‘plan’. The United States is NOT listed as a country where this app can not be used but that is what happens. This app is a SCAM - STAY AWAY !! Complaining to the App Store next to get app removed.
Don’t get this App
I tell you what if they know it’s not going to work calling an American number, and then sit there and have the same audacity to say because American laws they can’t call American, which is a lie. If that was the case. Apps like TextNow, Pinger, Next would be nonexistent too. This is a scam. They should be ashamed. I don’t really write reviews often but I’m gonna call this one out like I see it. Apple, I’m asking you to do something to get this scam of a company out of here for the hard-working Americans.

It says I cannot send messages in the U.S. then I want my money back!!!
Bait & switch
I paid to get a US number. And then when I tried to send a text it says “messaging to US numbers is not allowed”!
