いきなり動画見れなくなる。カレンダーも、登録できない。買って損した

前はちゃんと見れたのに、久々に見てみたら、動画等を開いても見れなくなってる。 どうにかして欲しい！！ iPhone Xで使用

カレンダーを120円で買ったのに追加しようとすると強制的に落ちて追加できない……意味ない。
