Very upset it won’t let me register as I am long distance and this app is the only reason I bought the product every time I attempt to have a code sent to my email it gives me me a network connection time out error in the top of my screen and I am utterly disappointed
No network so i cant get login credentials to get anywhere with troubleshooting. The device pair and you can use the app as a remote. No other critical functionality though

It connects to the toy just fine, but the app will not let me register. I bought the specific toy so a long distance partner could control it, but I doubt that will work if I can’t even register to make an account. Super disappointed.
Whenever I try to create an account I keep getting this notification at the top of the page “network connection timeout” and there is no way to figure out what is wrong nor why this is happening and I’m heavily complaining because you need a stupid account just to connect with your “partner” so like yeah this is very frustrating

Looked and sounded interesting for playtime with bullet vibrator that said it worked with this app. Downloaded but unable to register, no code sent to verify email and can’t go further without it. Does not connect to vibrator either so app is useless to me.
