Excellent for your secret photos

Was Great, updates mean something doesn’t work?

You used to be able to hold on to a photo and rearrange them, this has stopped, rearranging in to groups was useful. Response from C.S. was swift, thanks, with this message:- We have a fix for this issue. Please go to the app store and update, the app will work as expected. Please accept our apologies. I am running the latest version, no updates, moving pictures around sadly no longer works.

Something has gone wrong

Loved this app, always been really impressed and used it for years. In the last few months, it’s just hasn’t been working. Imported files do no backup, I can’t send messages on the support section and it makes the rest of my phone lag really badly (these are just three main issues) lots of other pain points too. I have been onto support constantly and had to delete and reinstall the app which is fine however even after this, it hasn’t fixed the problems. I have tried to export the items back onto my phone and it will not work either so I am left with everything over the last few years on an app that I cannot use going forward despite paying for it. Very disappointed customer

Lost files

You have lost 80% of my pics saved to you app I get a new photo home and download the app again and they’re gone!! Hundreds of pics and vids lost!!!.

Totally Broken

After persevering for months with photos not always importing properly on the first attempt, the latest update has completely broken the App for me. I import the images and now the “items backed up” number doesn’t change to reflect the new files imported. I thought this may just be a visual bug but it’s not, I tried deleting and reinstalling the App and the most recently imported files hadn’t been backed up when I logged in, so I could’ve lost them if I hadn’t noticed the number not updating. I’ve now lost trust in KeepSafe and when exporting my images to upload them to a different App, I found another major issue. I exported 1 of my folders (containing 61 unique images) to the camera roll and KeepSafe had exported 13 unique images and 48 copies of another image. The remaining 48 images weren’t exported at all. I thought this may be a 1 time thing, but I tried it several more times for different folders and the same issue repeated each time. Multiples of one image exported instead of a copy of each photo in the folder. So I’m stuck in limbo now. Unable to backup any new files and unable to export them - unless I export nearly 3,000 files 1 by 1 - which I don’t have the patience for. So I’ll just have to wait to see if a future update fixes it.
