I booked Kazhal for first time when visiting London for an important family event and she was fabulous couldn’t recommend her enough. She put me at ease and I loved her makeup and hair. I got a lot of compliments at event. Will definitely use her and Secret Spa again.

Jessica was excellent . She made me feel comfortable, reassured and explained everything very clearly. She was efficient and very helpful. She did a great job, I shall book again !

The app. was rubbish and does not provide a notification in your account to let you know you have booked an appointment. I was charged for an appointment that the app. did not confirm.

The best massage app and all round treatment app

My first time using Secret Spa today and I am very happy. Everything from booking the appointment to the therapist keeping in contact prior to the appointment was professional. Jade was excellent, on time, very friendly and did a good job. I will definitely be using you again! Thank you.
