This app has suddenly stopped working on my iphone 15. The device has ios 17.4.1 running and I am truly sad because I lost my files that were in the app. Please fix it and introduce new update to fix this issue 🙏🏼

My app not working When I enter the app He out to Home Screen Please

On first name imported and nothing else after import from contacts. No phone number, no address, no email, nothing. So disappointed.

After the update this app is useless... Please fix... All my videos no longer work?? Please help!

Love this app been using it for years and now the file is so large I have attempted to clean it out. I deleted files create new folders and the size increased. I tried to delete some folders but they will not delete. Please tell me you will support this again. It's been two years since your last update. I have important files and some junk no way to separate them.

I thought this app was the best ever, used it almost daily for the last 8 years and now I find out there is no way to upload a restore!!! All of my f*#%¥~] passwords are gone!!!!!!!!
