Secrets of the Nutcracker F2P

This game does appear to be well made, with cute, colorful scenes & characters, a fairytale plot, etc. I could say this for a vast number of puzzle, adventure, or escape games. However, ‘Nutcracker’ also seems to be specifically geared toward children. The challenges are very simplistic. Very ‘match the colors’ and ‘fill in the blanks.’ Upon (immediate) completion, the player is even commended by the toy characters with “Good job!” & “You did it!” TBH, i felt very silly playing this game after a couple of minutes & had to quit lol As i say, seems a fine game- for little kids. In a field of fairy tale styled games that ARE actually playable for adults, proffering an age range may be appropriate.

I loved this game. It was a delight from start to finish. I didn’t have to pay for hints or to skip mini puzzles! Thank you!! The graphics were awesome. The dialogue was just ok, kind of stiff. But the music was so soothing and took me back to a time when I first started playing HOP games. Maybe this game is old and I’m just late to the party. I love the monitor that lets’ me know how many hidden objects and how many collectibles I need to find. I’m forgetting some stuff, but this is a 5 star game without a doubt. To all the team members who spent countless hours on this game and that will get complaints for selling it for under $10… BRAVO!! 🙌

I did like the game as I do most Friendly Fox games but I’m on the Mouse Trails where I know I picked up a blue rag but now when I need to wipe off the code next to the old register, the rag is suddenly gone from my inventory. I even had to look up a walkthrough and sure enough I need that rag to move forward. Frustrating glitch that unfortunately means I can’t keep playing.

Just a superseding review…great support for the app. Audio issues resolved. Great game!

I bought this game last year! Can’t we get a new one??

Was sincerely enjoying this game, but….The soldier maze 3/4 of the way through the game is impossible even with a walkthrough so I have to give this 2 stars. Sorry but you really need to test your games better.

Great graphics, like the storyline. What I don’t like is you have to use rubies to get hints. I rather pay for a game straight up, and not get nickeled and dimmed if I get stuck
