Nothing works - waste of money. App just freezes, web always shows OFFLINE even though I’ve set up APN correct and topped up sim and check (EE) still nothing.

Don’t get
Terrible doesn’t work even bought a tracker for it app just freezes
Doesn’t work!
We bought this app with a GPS tracker for elderly relative with dementia. App worked for first few days but today cannot get on it at all!! Not sure what we are supposed to do now as the tracker only seems to work with this app. Are you going to fix it and if so, when??? App support link goes to gambling sites!!

Issue with Phone App
Pls I want to know why my app date is showing 1970 on my phone (IPhone 12 pro Max )? while on my laptop after login the description of date and time is correct.
Out of commands no way to renew
There is no way to renew or buy another year of service so device and software go to garbage after a year. No options or commands Not recommended
