App hangs
Sometimes it works excellently and sometimes it hangs. I force quit. Restart the macbook. I’ve tried to uninstall from my macbook but it keeps saying that there are extensions in use. I can’t stand how fickle the app is.

What for do I pay for premium when the internet get totally disconnected when i turned on the VPN? Is it something about the update?

connection problem
unable to connect vpn, always shows connecting, reinstall it then can use once after that need reinstall again and repeat, wasting my money on this, will not subscribe this again!

hello, to be honest, im using vpn to bypass my school (in japan) wifi for playing games. anyways, i downloaded it but why cant it connects? its been on "connecting" for ages. can i know why and how to fix it? thank u.
Kaspersky VPN review
Always prompts me whenever I’m using a public WiFi but more often than not, unable to log on. When it’s on however, does the job reasonably well.
Good app.
But Its subscription is too costly.
Good ‘most’ of the time
Occasionally having problems connecting having to try connection several times before establishing the VPN. The daily quota does not seem to follow the local day because the quota seem to reset in the middle of the day. Other than that it works beautifully.
Not enough servers
Would be better if there are more location to choose from. Doesn’t work in places like Vietnam, China makes it kinda useless as the reason u use VPN there is to access fb / WhatsApp etc but hell no. Not really worth it for the paid version for me..
