Description
When importing your files in a protected folder, they are encrypted with a password hash and stored inside the app. The hash of the password is stored in the Keychain. What does all this mean?
It means that at no point of time the actual password is stored physically. Nobody can know it, except you! Moreover, the files inside the app are stored encrypted as well, so even if you lose your phone or it gets Jailbroken, by no means can someone open and view these files.
You can have an unlimited number of folders, protected with different passwords, inside other protected folders!
To further restrict anyone from accessing the contents of the app you can set a PIN protection.
Secure Files does not have a backup feature, it does not store your files in the cloud. This is intended, and, once you forget the PIN or the password for a certain folder - consider those files gone FOREVER!

Does not work for files other than pics & videos
The app details say you can encrypt files, however it only supports pictures and videos.
Great app
This is a great clean fast app, that I’m able to keep my pictures and videos safe, I really love this app and highly recommend it, the only new feature I would like to see in this app,… is to have the option when you’re transferring your picture from your photo album to this app to have the auto function to automatically delete from your photo album,.. this way I don’t have to be going back-and-forth back-and-forth transfer-delete transfer-delete ,.. just a thought, otherwise it’s a great app I highly recommend it to everyone that wants to keep their some of your photos private.
Can’t Move Files
This app is stable, clean, and seems to encrypt reasonably fast. That makes it better than most apps in this category (offline encrypted storage. I’m grateful to find an app for encrypting files that doesn’t have any online features. Unfortunately it’s not very useful to me because there’s no way to move files, as far as I can tell.
