• Can be used everywhere and at any time. No need for an internet or telephone connection to use the SecureSign app
• Offers an easy and convenient means of logging in and confirming transactions such as payments, transfers, etc.
:: Credit Suisse Direct ::
Once you have logged in, you can register for the new security procedure yourself under "My Profile/SecureSign".
:: CSX App ::
With SecureSign, logging in to Mobile Banking is even faster and more convenient.
If you have installed CSX and the SecureSign app on the same smartphone, only a user ID and password are now required to log in. After this, the SecureSign app asks you to confirm login by pressing a button.

The app is broken

It is impossible to change phones and keep everything working without the original paper. This is simply a bad design and shows that CS simply does not care about how usable the app is. How come after all this time, CS still think that they are in the 1990s?

Worst ebanking specially while traveling

Lot of payment transaction fees and while traveling there is some bugs that makes you need the rescan the documents- and if you left it at home you just can’t use your ebanking. Not ergonomic and economic

Account block

i was with CS for 20 years, today they blocked my account and asked to submit explation of transactions, told me to do that by Email and never gave me the email to send to. i cannot use my account anymore, stays for 3 hours on their hotline. it is a disaster, no customer service what so ever, iam not recognising a respected Swiss bank I liked and was proud of 20 years ago

C’est aberrant de voir que Crédit Suisse ne parvient pas à entretenir ses services cela fait bientôt 2 semaines que l’app Secure Sign crash à l’ouverture donc je ne peux toujours pas connecter avec l’autre App Banking …

I can’t use the app at all

Seit Monaten muss ich ein Gerät verwenden, da die App crashed sobald sie sich öffnet. CS, macht mal was dagegen!!!!

The app crash

The app now crash as soon as I open it. So I can’t login on CSX app, on the website and in Twint because of this ridiculous authentication system. Many other banks use more convenient systems but we have to keep a LETTER (yes in 2022) to authenticate each time we reset the phone.
