I downloaded the app to make extra payments on my auto loan but the App refuses to open. Just tells me “opening, thank you for your patience “! Do you want my payment or not?! I have been able to open it twice over the past couple of months but am still waiting to be able to make a payment through the app. If the app is never going to work please let me know so I can delete it and I will make sure to close my account and as soon as I pay off my car I will make sure to never use your services in any of my endeavors.
this is at least the third time that i paid a bill, got confirmation for payment through the company (capital one), checked this Security Service app and saw the payment was processed successfully, saw my funds for the bill payment gone with a new, lesser available amount remaining, acknowledged that it was completed, and then logged back in the next day to see that they put that money back into my account, removed the transaction history of Capital One having taken place, and then processed other payments and charged me $32.50 for an unsuccessful Capital One payment. this means that they altered my payment records from a sequence that they could not profit from so that they could then profit from. the worst thing about this is that, like i initially said, it has happened a few times before, in which every time i called and spent hours of my time (which cost me yet more money) to ultimately hear that since they “don’t have record of it taking place on their end”, they can only conclude that it didn’t happen. which is what lying, manipulation, and gaslighting are. so they’ve told me now multiple times that my experiences with their services simply didn’t happen, and that they weren’t responsible. i’ve been a customer since i was in my single digit age, thanks to my parents starting my account. i am now in my later 30s and am sadly and regretfully leaving this now-criminal institution because they’re ignoring me, dismissing my loyalty and experiences, and extorting money from me in the form of “payment fees”. i did almost leave out that my family is barely scraping by, so when financial occurrences like this take place, they also put a significant strain on our daily living, relationships, and ability to function in a basic way of survival. if anyone knows of a way for me to get justice, please let me know.
It seems like after 11:00pm (2300) SSFCU app chokes, especially when making transfer…what gives SSFCu?!
My app worked perfectly fine for months until this new update to “fix bugs” on 12/3/24. I have been trying to access my account on the app and online for 5 DAYS now and I still do not have access. This has been the worst experience with an app that I’ve ever had, it shouldn’t be this hard to access information about my own money. I switched from RBFCU due to their horrible customer service but at least their app worked so I knew where my funds were sitting, after this whole debacle I’m very tempted to close my accounts and switch back to them. Customers with MOBLIE BANKING ACCESS shouldn’t have to go into a branch to check their balances. I’ve seen all the other reviews stating to “message customer support”, I have tried but you’re unable to do so without being logged into online banking, WHICH ALSO WON’T LET ME ACCESS MY ACCOUNT.
Y’all need to figure out what’s up with push notifications. I am constantly getting notifs that say “An in-store transaction for $307.72 blah blah blah” at 2:54am when I’m fast asleep. I open the app, check my accounts, not a single transaction of that amount actually occurred. This happens ALL THE TIME. For ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS. Do you understand how gut wrenching it is to wake up to a notification that someone else may be spending your money? Only to find out it was never a thing at all???? anxiety inducing and completely avoidable if you’d fix your coding. I’ve called and complained about this multiple times, and every time the representative cannot comprehend what I’m explaining. Please do better!!!! Stop with the ghost notifications!!!!
Cannot see statements on mobile app
When I try to transfer funds, and I am trying to select the bank account and it won’t tell me like which one is which just says button, and so the voice won’t tell me which one it is cause of the accessibility on the app
This app is useless. It’s better to drive to the credit union.
