I'm a huge fan, but I think it could be even better
I've been searching for quite a while for an app that can function as a task organizer and daily planner, and this is my favorite app I've come across. I really like that the schedule and to-do list are both included. I really love the set-up of the schedule, I feel like it's very easy to use and it's useful to plan out my day when I have a lot of things to do. I don't use the "Extras" tab often, but it is nice to have when I want/need to use something like that. However, there are a few things I would add to truly make this my perfect planner app. I wish we could rearrange the order of the tasks in the todo list and prioritizes list as well as being able to make some tasks be repeating every day, week, custom, etc. Whether that be in the To Do tab or Schedule tab. It would be useful to have as someone who hasn't had luck with "habit building" apps, I think a feature like that would be the best way to subtly help users build habits if they want to. One more thing that is significantly less important, the color scheme of the app is very cute in light mode, but in my opinion, it's rather unappealing when my phone is in dark mode, which is most of the time. On top of that, while in light mode (how it is intended to be) the display is somewhat "girly". I am not someone who has a problem with that however, I'm sure many of your users and potential users would appreciate it if there were more color scheme options. While I do have some bones to pick about this app, I will reiterate that this is my favorite daily planner and task manager app I have come across. I want to thank the developers who created this app, and I hope my criticism is constructive to you. :)
Love it.
Simple. Checks stuff out by crossing it (like a traditional To-Do list). No ads or payments needed and has a priority list and regular to-do. You can also log in your meals and water intake, add some notes and schedule things at certain times. 👍 you can even write lists for the next days whenever you want. Super helpful.
Almost perfect!
I love so many things about this app!! I wish however, that it gave the option to automatically move everything unchecked to the next day( maybe a choice in the settings)! I also wish I could drag an item from “priorities” to “to do’s” or to another day, and also drag to rearrange order. Lastly, if I could create my own labels for the Pomodoro bubbles…that would be amazing! Again, this is a uniquely and refreshingly basic, yet robust app! I do see the charm of a clean slate each day and hate the clutter of too many features (i.e. alarms and sharing, etc…). I’ve even used the “notes” section as a daily journal! I love the clean interface and will continue to use this as my go to, TO DO list app!!
App is meh
This app is app free, no adds and simple but I still don't know what pormodro is its confusing me
A Very Good Time Management App!
I’ve been looking for a decent time management app for a couple of years and I finally found it here. Very simple, clean looking layout and design . Finally after decades of use I can leave the paper Day Timer and Planner Pads behind with this.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a Weekly To-Do page. On Sunday evening I try to generate a list of the trivial (but still need to be done) things for the next week. For example, pulling out the wife’s birthday present and card that’s been hidden, to give to her Saturday was put on the weekly mental list last night. It would be great to have a separate page for weekly stuff on this app. Then you can review the weekly “to do” list each day and pick one or two things to get done from that list to the daily “to-do” list each day. It would be especially cool if, as you completed each item on the daily page, it was also simultaneously scratched off as done on the weekly “to do” list page as well. That addition would take this app up another level and I would give it a 5 star rating. Right now, I’d give it a 4 or 4.5.
I hope the above suggestion gets added to this app in the future. Thanks for creating this and keep working to improve it.
Get it!!!!!
If I don’t use this app to plan my day I can’t even do anything! This app has helped me sm. I like that it’s simple and easy to use.
Good!
Gets job done. Doesn’t bug me with payments. Free, no ads. Takes up the littlest amount of storage. The only things that could be better is options for colors. I didn't see a button where you could change the color or design, but it should be added in there please. To make it more colorful and fun!
Great App; Suggestion
I live Everything about this but please do you think you could add either an apple calendar integration or a zoom out calendar??
With so much love,
Me
It’s O K
Love the simplicity but wished the hourly list was bigger and would include all 24 hours because sometimes I have meetings a 3am and there’s no line for that
Perfectly simple, fantastic graphically
Exactly what I’ve been looking for, but can you educate me on the Cirillo Pomodoro section and the best way to use it? Thank you!
