The meditations are clear, short, and powerful, and the quickly growing community feels highly tuned in to each other. I love pulling the seeds each day, tuning into the moon cycles, and joining others in sending and receiving healing through the elements. It is beautifully written and illustrated, and filled with authenticity and wisdom. I highly recommend!
