Seeksters maids were a disaster. The one who came to our place floor mopped our wall. Was trying to use one dust cloth for all rooms including bathrooms.. After canceling that maid others started to call continuously for 4 hrs (told the 2 first ones to call me after 5hrs) 32 missed calls... Finally some admin stepped in and politely apologized. I told them I would like to cancel their service and they returned the money within 3 days. Language barriers between maid and us. No cleaning knowledge.

Super frustrating experience. Had a good cleaner the first time and then served with subpar experiences the subsequent times. One of the cleaner even burnt my shirt collar with poor ironing. Another cleaner left 2 hours early. The last cleaner claimed she can’t ironing even though my cleaning request always has the ironing add-on. Avoid and find alternatives
