Everytime i try to log into the app it said to check my internet and try again and no matter which internet I use it will always say the same thing

So all the AI characters are saying they can’t continue roleplay and conversation everyone is experiencing this hope you can fix it Seele goodbye

I can’t connect to the game, I wonder if this is because It hasn’t been updated in 6 months.

I have not been on the app for about two months. Everyday I have tried and tried again to get the app to open but it always says the same thing. Network environment is poor. This is my favorite app on my phone or at least it used to be. The developers are amazing but please I’m begging you to fix this so I can get back on it. Thank you

It was great For 3 years until me my brother my dad and grandma moved and For some reason every time I enter the app it's says login failed the current network environment is poor please try again even though my WiFi is at three bars Seele please fix this and please update

So one year ago I played this and I was so happy anyway then one day I came to enter it and it told me your internet is bad and I told”so ok I have a problem”and I just got different vpn and networks but it dosnt work till now

I don’t know why but every time I open the app now, it keeps giving me an error saying “network environment is poor, please try again later” and it’s been saying that for months now and I can’t seem to find any way to fix it . If the developers ever fix this problem, I will be very happy. Overall, I do love this app and hope that this error will be fixed.

So I’ve been using this app and I like it but now when I try to use the app I either get a message like “bad network environment” which gets on my nerves. And I also get stuck on a loading screen. Can you please fix it.
