Photo downloads?

I used to be able to download photos posted by a teacher in a students journal. What changed?

Low res images

Children’s day to day experiences are precious… why doesn’t this app support downloading pictures at their original high resolution??

iOS badge count not reset after school got hacked

Our kid’s school’s account got hacked and inappropriate messages were blasted to families using the app. Seesaw took down the messages, but since then, my notification badge count hasn’t been reset, so whenever I receive new notifications, the count is 100+, even if it’s just one. When I view the notification, the count goes away, as expected. Please test and reset our count. My spouse’s Android app does not experience this bug.

Shouldn’t require full photos access just to save photos

When I try to save pictures of my kids that the teachers post I get this error: Error Saving Item You must grant full access to the camera roll in order to save. Go to Settings->Privacy->Photos and grant access to Seesaw I’m not giving this app access to my whole photo library. That’s absurd. They should be kicked off that App Store for this behavior.

Great app but TINY font illegible

The latest update (September 2022) has the font so tiny it’s nearly impossible to read and send messages. PLEASE fix this it’s inaccessible to so many and a must have tool for communicating to our kids’ teachers.

Was great when it worked!

CAN’T EVEN CHECK OLD CLASS STUFF!! LIKED THAT PART ABOUT THAT FOR YEARS NOW ONLY LAST YRS SHOWS!!!! THANK GOD KID’S NEW GRADE LEFT THIS!!!! I DELETED THIS APP SINCE NO USE!!! GLAD I SAVED ALL I WANTED OVER THE YRS FROM HERE!! YOU’LL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU WANT TO LOOK OVER A FEW YRS BACK OF SCHOOL WORK!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!! Please have a “like” function for the post

Love that my kiddo’s teacher posts pictures daily, but would prefer to have a “like” feature so the teacher knows that we have seen the photos and appreciate her works!

Error

Keeps saying error item not found but it’s working on Samsung (I have apple) as my friend is sending me screenshots of what the school sends. Have uninstalled, shut phone on and off, force stopped and nothing works. Can you please fix

Needs parent access to assigned activities.

I have seen over 1,000 threads on the user forum on this glaring omission. Why cannot parents see their students’ assignments yet?
