两三天掉线一次，必须重启才能好，联系不到人工客服

起动太慢、要15秒多才能看到监控画面。还没有前一个版本快。也不灵敏、有人过有时也不报警。
开通云回放后不能观看
之前是能正常使用的 最近开始点击云回放的报警录像一直黑屏转圈 不能观看 但是拉时间进度条可以观看 也不知道这属于什么情况
