Description

Sefeko is a reliable, real-time guard-monitoring and incident-monitoring system that consists of web-based software and patrol hardware. Developed specifically for the tough African security environment, it is used by security guards on patrol and their supervisors.

Most security companies have sites distributed across a wide geographical region, so reporting on guarding activities across different sites and regions can be difficult. With Sefeko, security companies and their supervisors can manage all their sites from a mobile application.

The Sefeko mobile application enables supervisors to receive patrol, emergency and other important site notifications. It also tracks and monitors supervisors’ actions, so it can be used to log supervisor site visits and determine whether security incidents are receiving the necessary priority.

The application is simple, reliable and easy to use. It allows security companies to monitor service levels for any number of security guards, control-room operators and supervisors, and provide a proactive service to their customers.

Sefeko offers secure login with user auditing to keep users accountable for what they do and provide intelligent reports on security information.
