You want to read 2 hours a day, or work 40 hours a week? Or you want to sport at least 5 hours a week? Set your goals and work towards them.
2) Track the activities in your life in the Apple Calendar app
Track everything you do down to minimal 15 minutes & be totally honest about it.
3) At the end of the day/week/month reflect
Open the app at the end of the day/week/month.
Reflect if you succeeded in your goals.
4) Celebrate or improve!
Reached your goal? Celebrate! How wonderful is this satisfied feeling of actually making progress and actually put the effort in the things you want!?
You didn't reach your goal? That happens. Keep your head up and analyze what kept you from reaching it. Every day there is a new beginning, and next time you will reach your goals!
