Loading chats with your assigned representative takes ages. If you open that chat there is no option to close the keyboard and go back to the other parts of the app, you have to close the app and open again. Recommendations are very less compared to the shaadi app, and you have to manually provide the profiles from normal shaadi app to here for representative to reach out to potential matches. Just started using so more feedback coming in I guess.

For the amount of data collected from the users, there is insufficient display of information to enable users to make an informed decision. Details about Profiles are very sketchy. Incomplete background details about the family. Family background and work details of parents being not available lead to frustration in making such an important decision. The search tool bar allows only SH Profile ID search. Direct name search feature is totally lacking.

He is cooperative and patient, listens to my requirements and properly fuilfil it . He is a great communicator.

The proposal are also same and there are no seperate profile. After buying service relationship manager will not Pick up your phone and they will cook a fake story. So don’t buy
