The app does not seem to be compatible with iPhone 14. Worked on iPhone X just fine.
I have problems with this app and it was cool at first but now I can’t sign in or request a password change or request my username??? It say to contact them without providing a number to call as well which is stupid. My bank doesn’t know what to tell me so like I said what number do I call ?
I just updated for the issue of it being disabled. It says it is now fixed. But still continues to be disabled. Frustrating not being able to login.
Downloaded the app, I logged in, looked at it for a few seconds, I didn’t click on anything, and then I logged out. After I logged out I noticed a Quick View at the bottom of the app, when I clicked on it, showed my transactions and my balance without asking for my username and password. The Quick View needs to be enabled in settings, which I didn’t, it showed up automatically. Be careful with this app.
Closing my account with Self Help because I cannot log into my account on their website from my iPhone but can do so just fine on a galaxy and a laptop. The app has not worked once and I mean literally every time I try to open it I get the message “This application is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” Not to mention their customer service phone lines are never open when you actually need them. It’s ridiculous.
This app does not notify me when a charge is placed or tell me my daily balance or even email me. Please fix this. All my settings are set to do so. Also it has a problem connecting sometimes to check my balance. Please upgrade and fix this app. It has been over 4 months since this app was last updated.
I havnt been able to check my account in weeks since the app changed somewhere in October (it’s now dec) and the terms changed and all. I can’t even go in person because there’s only one ATM and branch in San Francisco and it’s been under construction specifically in the ATM area...
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s such an inconvenience. Apps are meant to make things easy and help the customer Not frustrate them
