I don’t know why no one else has left a review on this app but the app works perfectly fine. I have purchased 8 sessions so far and have had no problem with the app at all in the 2 months I have had it. As a side note, I can also say that the self hypnosis sessions are really working for me, and I was a bonafide skeptic when I first tried self hypnosis.

This is not necessarily about the sessions themselves (i haven’t started them yet) but the app to listen to them does NOT work. At some point the App Store needs to hold people like this accountable and provide recourse when people don’t get what them are promised. I’m not sure if i would have bought $50 worth of sessions if I thought i couldn’t easily listen to them on my iPhone. Now i have to figure out a process myself to offset the fact that these guys built and app and didn’t realize it would cost money to maintain it. They’d obviously rather pocket the money rather then update and fix the app. They should just stop promoting that they have an app on there webpage when they clearly have no intention of maintaining it. Basically, if they will do this then it speaks to their character and you (and I) can/should expect the same level of deception throughout their products. There are plenty of other places to get your Hypnosis sessions ... I’d try elsewhere if i were you. Now I’m off to waste an hour or so of my time to sort out how to have these sessions available to me when and where i need them.

It won’t let me listen to any audio unless I configure the settings, however, when I select any settings it won’t accept them. This app is useless until they fix this.

Design is interesting with lots of options to tailor session to your preference but most of the time it simply doesn't work so I guess I will have to listen from my computer.

I love these hypnotherapy sessions and I think they’re helping BUT my only complaint is it can take forever (we’re talking 5+ minutes) to load you’ve selected to customize the hypnotherapy track. It has been so bad that I’ve given up on listening to it for the day. My only other complaint is that you can’t always change if the track will wake you up or make you fall asleep at the end. Only certain tracks let you do this, which is a shame. When the app/tracks work though, they’re great and I’ve recommended to many.

If it consistently worked without glitches everyday, it would be a good app. Files take a long time to download, and sometimes never do. End up having to use their website to listen to the downloads as I can’t use through this app unfortunately.

The app is so easy to use. Perhaps the previous versions had glitches but I’ve been using the app for about a year and had zero issues. But most importantly the sessions are very powerful and very helpful. I use this in combination with meditation but nothing relaxes me the way these sessions do so I keep coming back. I hope more will give it a shot to reap the benefits I’ve seen personally. Best of luck.

Maybe for sake of getting a functional app, maybe don’t have it assemble the recording to sleep/waking/long/short etc… maybe just prerecord a few options for each purchased topic and we can choose? Ultimately we just need an an app we can use. Otherwise the recordings are great.

For other people trying to use on an iPhone, this is what I did (I have a windows pc, should be similar/easier on a Mac). Download iTunes for pc on your computer. Download the mp3s from the selfhypnosis.com website on to your computer, open iTunes, log in to your Apple ID account on iTunes (your Apple ID username can be found on settings app of your iPhone at the top), drag the mp3 files you downloaded into your iTunes library, plug your iPhone into your computer (should be able to use charger cable, unplug usb end from the plug and put in comp) and sync your iPhone with iTunes. Now they are on your iPhone! It was a bit tricky, so if confused, just google how to do each step and you can figure it out!
