Don’t even bother trying to use this app, they used to be so good when they partnered with DHL, but right now, they use an unknown service and they take forever to deliver, mix up phone numbers, their customer service agents are always acting nonchalant! I saw sege and I still haven’t gotten my package. Very useless service!

They said they’d send an OTP to my number, so I can create an account… and I’m literally still waiting ! So annoying tbh

I am unable to signup as OTP is not being delivered. Please work on this and maybe i could better review the app

I’m trying to request a delivery and when I fill in the details and click continue, it just hangs. And please, why is there no button/ option on the app to contact a customer care

I’d say experience is fair because, the dispatch riders are quite horrible , they lie about delivering packages, then report to the office that they’ve dispatched, one’s package could get missing due to this horrible act, it’s happened to me twice , tha fact that what I shipped were important certificates and documents. They dispatch riders needs to be reviewed properly.
