People have told me they’ve sent messages but I haven’t been able to view them cause they’re not there. Please fix this! Thank you

Issues

Dear sendit, My friends say they have been replying to my sendit in multiple occasions with the updated app and all I am staring yk get quite annoyed because I have deleted re downloaded and clicked boost my send it but I revive Nothing I have notifications on and have looked at everything there is to look at about my issue please let me know if there is anything else I can do to fix it until then I am giving a 3 star review if this issue is fixed I will raise my rating.
