Complete Fitness
Sense-i offers three workout categories - Strength, Mobility and Conditioning – which in turn cover all areas of fitness - strength, mobility, power, agility and balance. The app is completely flexible so you can work out in the comfort of your home or in a gym, using commonly available equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and boxes.
There are three ways in which you can do workouts using the Sense-i app.
Sense-i workouts
Harness the full power of Sense-i’s proprietary algorithms as they study your fitness profile, activity level and daily lifestyle and recommend what workout you should do tomorrow. Your feedback is used to generate the next workout, just the way S&C trainers do. Every workout is accompanied by a video featuring fitness professionals.
Create your own workouts
Perhaps you would like to create your own workout? No problem…you can visit Sense-i’s exercise library and create your very own customized workouts. Change every parameter - including reps, weights, rest intervals and exercise sequence – then save your custom workout in a folder for future use or to share with a buddy. Needless to say, all these workouts as well as your results are stored securely.
Buddy workouts / Share and motivate
The key to fitness is consistent exercising but we know how difficult it can be to stay motivated. The solution to this vexing problem? Working out with a buddy who can motivate and challenge you. That's why Sense-i has this special feature which allows you and your buddies to share workouts and even results. Work out together, get fitter together.
Fitness Assessment
Before you begin, Sense-i assesses your current level of fitness on the key parameters mentioned earlier. You’ll first do some simple exercises and answer questions, aided by illustrative videos. These results allow Sense-i’s algorithms to calculate your baseline fitness, from where you will begin your fitness journey. You are encouraged to take the Fitness Assessment at frequent intervals, so that you can review your progress and set new fitness benchmarks for yourself.
Learn and Practice exercises
Sense-i even has a Learn and Practice section with videos and helpful cues which you can use to master exercises which might be new to you, at your own pace. This feature allows you to practice the correct form and get the technique right before you launch into a workout.
Track workouts and progression
They say what gets measured, gets done. Sense-i has a complete record of all your workouts and results, so that you can track your fitness progression over weekly, monthly or quarterly periods. Compare your current versus past performance through easy-to-read charts and graphs and assess how far you’ve progressed against your goals.
SmartReps
Every single rep that you do has a benefit. That’s why Sense-i tracks them and uses them as a key measure of your progress. It offers an easy way to motivate yourself as you challenge yourself (or your buddy) to achieve the next target.
