Description

No help
Can’t even submit a ticket and can’t even request help. My rewards aren’t transferring and helium can’t help me said it was SenseCAP issue but I can’t get ahold of anyone
captcha doesn’t work
iPhone 13 Maxpro, when signing up the verification code needed by the captcha doesn’t work.
Captcha flow is awkward
Had to sign up on a pc, captcha flow wouldn't work on iphone
