The app worked well for many years but the last two months it has been awful! It constantly goes off online and many times when you try to change the temperature it actually doesn’t register in the app so you keep having to close and reopen it to try and fix the issue. Please fix these issues!

Had to be the worst hot because you can lock the screen. But could not get to connect to WiFi. I a WiFi Honeywell stat that was easy as could be. Got this one free from ComEd. Tech support is non existent.

When I open app it’s a blank screen or says offline much of the time. Constantly goes offline now. Disconnects from WiFi then doesn’t stop heating (everything else is working fine so it’s not my WiFi). Heat also randomly comes on when not needed. I had to take one of my thermostats offline because multiple times I would wake in the middle of the night sweating with the heat blasting because the heat tuens on but thermostat doesn’t say heating. I just spent a good amount of time trying to reconnect my second one because I realized it was getting too warm because it wouldn’t turn off when it reached the set temp. It kept telling me to try again over and over so I give up. 10 minutes later is randomly connected again. Please fix!!!! I never had issues with the app or thermostat before. I got them for the convenience and they are causing more issues than they are worth.

Had these 5 years,no customer service ,this place gone down hill,buying all new thermostats and not Sensi

I have been using the app for about four years with very little trouble. Every so often one of my two thermostats might go off-line, but they come back. After a restart or a short period. Overall, no complaints with the operation however in the past six months or so, it has absolutely taken a turn for the worse. Every other day when I launch the app, I have to login again. It’s extremely annoying and there’s no reason for that. I use 50 other apps that maintain logins. I do expect it’s the new software update maybe a new team and the new company but you need to figure it out. Make your focus the product and customer satisfaction and not money like too many other companies these days.

Every time the internet goes out at our summer home, I can never restart it remotely. I am 2 hours driving away from my summer home. Is there a way to control & restart it remotely? This is very frustrating! Please advise.

Geofencing stopped working after the latest update. It doesn’t work with multiple people even though it says home and away. It just doesn’t change the temp.

Not user friendly to set up multiple devices to the thermostat.
