Be in total control of your heating system with the sensoAPP. The sensoAPP provides the ability to remotely control your Vaillant heating system to ensure comfort as well as operating in a cost-efficient manner. Use with the sensoCOMFORT and sensoHOME controls.
The sensoCOMFORT and sensoHOME are Vaillant's new wired or wireless controls for multi-zone heating systems. They have been designed to be simple to install and use, and operate with Vaillant's proprietary eBUS protocol, ensuring all of the components of the system can easily communicate with each other to provide optimum system performance.
The sensoAPP offers you the following functions:
Freedom and flexibility:
Make sure that your Vaillant heating system is at your desired thermal comfort level at anytime and even when you’re out and about using the sensoAPP.
Always in the know:
The sensoAPP notifies you about the status of your heating system. This includes fault notifications, service reminders and operational irregularities.
Time programming assistant:
With the sensoAPP, you can easily set up time programmes for heating and hot water.
Energy management:
Understand the energy consumption of your Vaillant heating appliance to help you use less energy whilst still maintaining comfort in your home.
Individual room control:
With ambiSENSE TRV’s, you can expand and optimise your entire heating system and use sensoAPP to set the desired comfort temperature for each individual room, helping you to save on energy.
The Vaillant ambiSENSE TRV’s are compatible with the sensoCOMFORT control.
Security protocols:
The sensoAPP has been fully tested and certified by the VDE which provides smart home testing protocols inclusive of privacy and confidential data.
What are the requirements for the sensoAPP and which heating systems are compatible?
All eBUS compatible Vaillant appliances (built from 2007 onwards) with one or more heating circuits with the sensoNET (VR 921) internet communication module and the sensoCOMFORT (VR 720) or sensoCOMFORT (VRT 380) controls.

Офіційний сервісний інженер так і не зміг налаштувати зʼєднання по WiFi, прийшлось запрошувати звичайних інженерів від інтернет провайдера. Все зʼєднали, але додаток не оновлюється і не можливо залишити тільки ті зони які потрібно. Цінність додатку лише в дублюванні інформації з пульта
Не задовільна робота App
Працює косо криво, купа глюків. І вишенька на торті, це відсутність зв‘язку з регулятором))) і жодних оновлень..
App crashes continuously
In the main screen as soon as I try to hit “zone 1” or “domestic hot water” the app crashes. iPhone 12 on iOS 17.3.1. Please fix it asap because like this I’m missing on most functionality

Verstehe leider nicht, warum jede x-beliebige App heutzutage Zugriff auf sämtliche Daten meines Mobilgerätes und eine separate Anmeldung braucht, wenn ich nur lokale Funktionen nutzen möchte :(
Nicht perfekt
aber gut. Die Vorlauftemperatur fehlt und man muß auf dem IPad die App richtig schließen, damit sie beim nächsten Öffnen die aktuellen Werte bei den Verbräuchen anzeigt. Ansonsten eine einfache und intuitive Bedienung. Bei der Nachfolgeapp myVaillant geht leider bis heute nicht die Steuerung der Raumthermostate. Deswegen unbedingt bei der alten App bleiben.

Mangelhafte Userverwaltung
Immer wieder erschreckend, dass bei jedem Update die Anmeldedaten „verschwunden“ sind - so klappt das nie und nimmer mit der Appsteuerung
Schlechter Support
An sich ist diese App sinnlos. Ständig funktioniert es nicht richtig und es sind nicht ansatzweise die Funktionen verfügbar wie am Gerät. Erst wenn das möglich ist wäre sie tatsächlich sinnig. DS ist definitiv nicht die Zukunft und Vaillant hängt da leider noch ziemlich in der Vergangenheit.
