Your choices DONT matter

You make choices in texts, and play puzzle games. At the beginning, sometimes your choices slightly altered how the person you’re talking to responded to you, not by much though, it does NOT affect the storyline. However, the later you get into the game, the less your choices matter. A lot of the time, the responses from characters to what you said do not make sense as the creator of this game expected you to pick the other option, I suppose. Sometimes your relationship will decrease with someone, (this usually happens if you say something they dislike), but late game, you could say something kind and it would decrease, or, even worse, the WRONG persons relationship would decrease when you stick up for someone in a chat. It can just decrease randomly. So infuriating. Every three seconds you have to collect stars to continue the story. The thing is, there is not a story. You do not ever uncover any evidence. Sometimes, the killer sends you a video which is pretty cool, but you are constantly sent on quests that amount to nothing. Nothing. All you do is talk to 4 characters who just talk about their feelings. Which would be cool, if there was an actual murder mystery plot. By collecting stars I mean you need to complete increasing impossible candy crush like games. However, I am a determined person and refuse to be put off by this. I refuse to pay money either, especially if I keep getting cut off like this. This game would be cool if the storyline was improved and every time you hacked into something, you would discover something. And if you got rid of the bugs, and made the game a lot more personal. I know that this is difficult to do, and this is a small games company, but there is no excuse to be lazy about the bugs.

…. but Duskwood is a much better game in this genre.

Good game. Mini games kill progress

I like this game however I can’t complete it as the mini games have become too hard. By the time I’ve done them I’ve forgotten where I am in the story. Completely ruins the experience. I’ve played a bunch of similar games such as Duskwood, the healing, the sign, seven endgame etc that have the same style but the mini games in this are much harder.
