Sentral for Parents

If I could give no star, I would. What’s the point of paying for this service when this app is not user friendly? 1) having the school administrator tell us to use the website instead of app is irrational. The whole point of using an app is because of convenience. I don’t lug my laptop around wherever I go. 2) Despite the recent update, which has a nicer interface, the newsfeed doesn’t work. How will I receive timely updates from the school then? 3) I’ve a few children studying in this school. The older version enables me to view individual Childs update but for this new version, I can’t.

There is this annoying issue where the app keeps asking me to renew my login details every time I open it look at a notification. Is this a know issue ? Is it going to be fixed anytime soon ? I am using iPhone 13 Pro Max.

New update, log in 3 times because it doesn’t work. Look like a lot of effort for just a spinning wheel of death. TEST YOUR DEPLOYMENTS

When it use to work it was OK! But now ever since the update the app doesnt even load how do you expect parents to use it!

I’m a student and when I enter, I have to sign in THREE different times. Two times with my SSO and once with my email. There’s a “keep me signed in” button that appears multiple times bet never works. If you exit the app for one second and try to re-enter you have to restart the process again. Also it says for me to get the Sentral app… on the Sentral app. If you press to get the app in the app then I have to sign in a again of course. There’s a “home” button but if I press that the screen will load forever and I have to leave the app and restart the sign in process again. Sometimes when I do everything correctly it just doesn’t sign in. No school should use an app to horrible.

I just had a panic attack because I couldn’t log in anymore for some unknown reason it’s really frustrating it’s the first time it’s happen but I need to see my timetable whenever I try to log in where you put your username/email and password it just refreshes the page

Not the most intuitive app. After the last update I only get the blue circle of doom, the app will not load any pages. Have deleted the app and downloaded it again from App Store, but still the same error.

You have to select your school and log in again every single time you use the app. They ui just looks kind off clunky and they have just copied the website directly. there is even a banner up the top that tells you to download the app that you are using. Erm.. literally what the flip pal👿👿

Although I need it for school I have to login every time I have to use even if I don’t log out

I have 3 children at 3 different schools and not one of their schools is available on the app. A waste of my time!
