This app never works properly. Constant errors which result in a huge waste of time for staff answering calls to resolve issues. The amount of times I have been given lockbox codes over the phone is concerning. Anyone could just pretend to be a realtor having problems with this app and gain access to a property.
This app sucks. Can’t even do simple things like changing your email without getting a error. Disaster.
I feel sorry for the real estate boards switching to these lockboxes and this app. This will create extra work for the listing agent and lots of frustration for the buyers agents try to gain access to homes for sale.
This app is a total disaster. I was asked to download it to get access to a showing 2 hours away. I downloaded the app and filled out all my information and getting a “unable to create your account” message. My wife tried and got the same message. It is Friday evening and my showing is on Saturday. I can’t get a hold of anyone for support until Monday morning. As a result, I had to cancel the showing and won’t be showing anything that requires this app in the future.
The worst. Total nightmare. They give you support Monday to Friday which is not great when you are standing on the driveway show on the Saturday afternoon in the pouring rain. App wouldn’t confirm couldn’t get the code. I was told that it was because I used Telus?????

Clearly this app was designed by some goof who has zero experience in real estate and certainly not in a busy real estate market during covid when showings are booked solid from 9am to 9pm. I would give zero stars if I could. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio where nobody wants to live so obviously have no idea what it’s like running buyers around in markets where people Italy want to live.
Terrible app. Full of s***t. No customer service, can’t registrar as it’s not sending verification code. I am stuck because Kitchener real estate board is allowing this useless app and only get access by SentriLock. Why can’t they use normal lockbox like Treb.
The app won’t allow me to complete the registration. When I call the customer service to help me solve the issue by activating my account they say they can’t do anything up until Monday. So I booked 10 showings for the weekend which I cannot access because the app is glitching. Awful app, awful customer service
