Easy and brilliant
This app solves a major inconvenience. Transferring Sentry Clips from your Tesla to a computer is normally a hassle, because the clips are organized I one minute folders from one of 4 cameras, making it difficult to find the clip you are looking for. In the TeslaView app the clips are organized by date showing a clear and big picture of all 4 cameras simultaneously, making it nice and easy to find your desired clip. Under each date you can choose to view all 4 cameras for each minute. It’s nice and organized, it’s clear and easy and it’s user friendly. Sometimes though it’s not totally transparent where to find the folder that’s important to click to set up your app, but you needn’t worry, I got excellent support straight from the app through the build in chat support and email simultaneously. If I was a little slow to understand the instructions, that was no issue, as the support was patient up and above, what you might expect. Tip: You can’t see the content of the trash can, so to delete a single video, swipe left and swipe right to undelete. To delete a whole folder, long press on the date and long press again to undelete. This app is a must if you want to access your Sentry Clips in an organized, easy and nicely presented way.
