SEO Libraries App

It’s fairly easy to use, but sometimes the search function as functional as it could be. I’ve not been able to search ‘title by author’ as that return 0 results, it’s one or the other and sometimes that is too many to sift through. I’ve also had some issues using the reading tracker, lately it has had ‘trouble communicating with the server’, which can be frustrating when trying to log or start a new reading session when it won’t even load your loans.

App is easy to use and quite user friendly. I would like to see a “Wishlist” feature added. I have a list of books I’d like to place on hold at the library. However, it would be nice if that “Wishlist” could exist in the app. Notifications for items available for pickup or due would be helpful as well.

I have several books available to be checked out after several weeks waiting and now the apps won’t give me the option to check them out. I took the phone to the library and they could not help either.

Overall this app is okay. I would give this app 5 stars if there were notifications alerting you that your books are ready for pickup and if you had access to your list of books. I have to use the website to access my book list.

Since updated to latest version, app has unlinked my children’s accounts and does not recognize when scanning card to add to link account, have notified local branch and have been told it’s the app.

This was a good app but since the recent update it is very slow and times out more times then not. Not functional anymore.

1) It would be nice to have a way in the app to provide feedback, or at least instructions on how to do so. 2) It would be nice if you could create lists of books to read or checkout later. Libby has a nice implementation of this.

Would like to see the app send notifications when materials have arrived and when they are due back soon.

I love the more advanced and immersive menus now available on the app. The best part of this update, for me, is being able to see when an item needs to be picked up by. This is much appreciated and very helpful! The placement of one’s “Being Held” items in the Holds menu has been great as well. Thank you for the great update!

BookMyne was much better! Search function was easier and now I can’t see which books are intransit and it doesn’t alert you when books are close to being due. Might as well just use the regular website like before BookMyne.
