「安全电子邮政信箱」简称「SEPBox」，是邮电局推出的全民免费电子邮政信箱应用程式，用户以真实身份向邮电局登记后，均可免费开立其「SEPBox」并可安全、稳妥地接收经邮电局派递的政府电子通知书、电子挂号邮件及电子帐单，免除接收垃圾电邮及病毒电邮等滋扰；「SEPBox」还具备自动提示功能，无论是电子帐单或任何附有到期日的电子派递，均可自动加入行事历，用户不用再担心忘记缴费或重要活动。
