The New Update: Disappointing and Frustrating
I’ve been a loyal Sephora app user for years, but the latest update is a massive step backward. The app has become painfully slow, taking forever to load pages and complete simple tasks like searching for products or checking out. It used to be seamless and efficient, but now it’s frustrating to use. The new design feels cluttered and unintuitive, making navigation a challenge. Features that once worked smoothly now lag or fail altogether. Shopping, which should be enjoyable, has turned into an ordeal. I genuinely loved the old version of the app—it was fast, user-friendly, and reliable. This update has ruined the experience, and I find myself avoiding the app altogether. Sephora, please listen to your customers and address these issues. Until then, I can’t recommend using the app in its current state.
