My delivery was supposed to be 4 June it’s now 18 June and I’ve yet to receive my order. I’ve been calling the customer care almost everyday and the answer I always get is that there’s an issue at the warehouse. Which is extremely ridiculous! Why aren’t there people we can speak to who are in charge of that so called warehouse??? It’s makes no damn sense!!! This us the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in Dubai. The agents are just useless. The lack of communication is appalling!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I purchased online and I received the item missing some products! And when I try to reach them through phone or email no one reply back!! Also they created 2 accounts for me! With the same phone number and email, the old which has more points only in store! And the new one in the app!!

I purchased items for pick up - next they amended the order and did not refund for the pending amount. I’ve been trying their UAE helpline however they don’t seem to respond. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing!
