Aplikasi selalu logout sendiri. Sangat menyebalkan sebagai nasabah harus login tiap kali. Dan informasi dan dokumen polis sering time out. Kualitas aplikasi sangat minim dan tidak mencerminkan brand Sequis.

Data semua benar tapi pas isi ke aplikasi mau disambungkan ke polis malah ditulis costumer not found, gmn sih gk jelas

Tidak bisa menghubungkan polis “user not found” pdhal sudah sesuai langkah yg tepat
