Malfunctions on iPhone 4S, Works OK on iPad Mini

The maddening download deletion bug that plagued Version 3.6 has been fixed, for which I am enormously grateful. But this app is still not without its problems. In the iPhone 4S especially, it does not work very well at all. It crashes whenever I try to download a sermon, and if I try to listen to a sermon, it crashes after about a minute and a half. Perhaps the problem is that my iPhone 4S has iOS 8 (8.3 currently), so maybe there is some sort of compatibility issue. But whatever the problem, the app is unusable on the iPhone 4S - at least, on my one. It does at least work pretty well on my iPad Mini. No problems with crashes there. However, it does have a most aggravating bug whereby some sermons that you've listen to become randomly marked as unplayed again when you start listening to a new one! One of the things I had liked about the app was how it distinguished between sermons you've listened to and ones you haven't, but this bug is rather ruining that. I do like the current version of the app better than the disastrous 3.6, but there is still a fair amount of room for improvement.

Excellent in every way

I wish I had known about this app earlier. It's easy to use and very reliable for me so far. Now I'm able to listen to a sermon every day when I walk the dog.

Thank you for a great App with such a vast library of good preaching.

Great way to get sermons to listen to on the go. Easy to search by speaker or church. The hymn lyric library is very handy. I have moved overseas and really appreciate being to follow the sermon series at my old church in Toronto. The app works well on my iPhone and my iPad. I download a few sermons then listen in the car or as I wash the dishes.
