Face verification using an iPhone fails because the app relies on Safari to take the photo. Neither the app nor Safari recognise the camera, despite the permissions being set correctly. Totally useless, as is the so-called online “help”

The licences provided within the app needs to include firearms licences.

The digital photo card has been in “trial” for years. What an absolute joke.

Despite many attempts always get something went wrong message. Obviously the web site is suffering a New Year’s Eve hangover

Have to manually adjust dates even though doc shows correct format. Couldn’t verify Aus passport until 4th attempt. Medicare card not verifiable although info stored in previous version. Drivers licence took 3 attempts

Annoying that my licence, which was once successfully accessible from within the app, has just disappeared and I have to upload it all again. Waste of time and not great when I’ve been driving, thinking it was on there the whole time.

Can’t load registration, or WWCC

Passwords are insecure- this app forces uses to login again with a password that you never know- every few months. I hate this- always happens when I’m trying to sign into a venue - which they STOP until you go through the ridiculous password process- which also does not work on their app!! Ugh…

Navigating between Service NSW and the E-toll Service NSW is very problematic as passwords keep overriding eachother
