I have been using this software since they first launched out and it looks like it keeps bringing more frustrations day-by-day. In one single year, they jumped their price on me double or triple the price I was paying and the app does not work right. Their payment system is a stress, and they don’t even have a subscription feature so companies can use to lock in customers. I am currently giving 90% of my business to Marcone, I hold an MSA membership, plus I am paying so much money for the software. I am getting ready to take all of it somewhere else.
HVAC
We are an hvac company and my review will be updated after we use it for a couple of months. After checking out the app and web side, it appears to cover everything we are needing and with ease. Very clear and easy to read and navigate for our technicians. The pricing is very fair and even better than most. We are excited to begin using it.
Functionality constantly decreases
We’ve been using this software for a year. They keep taking functionality away without checking with users if it is needed. The last change has made it impossible to answer my customers questions remotely. Time to look for a new vendor. Oh and they also more than tripled the monthly cost. Not a happy customer right now
Constant learning curve/ Never Glitch Free / Slow support
Don’t pay in advance for the app that way if you don’t like it, which you likely won’t, because it will create huge problems in the office, you can at that point declined the next month, but if you pay it all at once, you have to go through the process of getting a refund. We love the idea of integration with Marcone , Service Power and Servicebench , but we constantly have to chase down errors on billing in and things of this nature, it just requires a lot of your free time trying to get these kinks worked out and it’s problematic for the price. Something of this price should have answers that would easily and directly address the problems.
Often times the developers have to search it out to figure out what’s going on. There are a lot of help videos, they rarely address or pinpoint the exact problem you will be having.
At some point for the price that we are paying we just don’t want to keep having to take training on the situations that are problematic (it seems there’s a new situation every few days )
The price alone is at the point that it makes glitches something you should never or rarely have to deal with!!!!

Good structure , app needs work
I have been looking for a software to start my own business in the appliance industry. Signed up for about 15 different companies that offer a free trial. This was the only one that offers a part ordering system and also integrates with appliance part companies like marcone. I really like the desktop version of this software I has everything I’m looking for, but the app just does not seem to work well, as a technician going into customer homes it has to work flawless. I’m hoping that they can make alot of changes to the app to make it function how it should, will be checking back time to time cause I really would like to use this software.

A non functioning product
If you develop a product that doesn’t work and sell it as functioning to service companies that have to keep their people working in their families fed you should at least be transparent about how it does not work. This app has more bugs than a section 8 house it has been the single most frustrating thing I have done since middle school.
The developer should be ashamed of themselves but they don’t care because they have farmed out most of the work overseas where they barely speak English so the disconnect is rather large.
