We waited a whole year for a single update, and when it finally comes, all we get is a minor fix to the site visits? POOR. Support it, or end it!!!!!!!!!

I love using this for work but why doesn't this app have notifications? It would be great to be notified when a new ticket arrives.
I was very excited when this app first came out because I spend a lot of time on my phone. I've only been able to use this app as a way to look up customer information though. I can't make any tickets because the app won't let me pick the correct ticket queue. I've tried emailing support but they don't have a clue what is going on with the app.
