I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Service Market. They did not respect the booking time as the cleaner arrived an hour early without any prior notice, causing inconvenience. The cleaning itself was unacceptable – The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and the cleaner didn’t even bother to mop under the table or around light items like luggage (which was empty and easy to move).. It was clear the cleaner did not know how to clean thoroughly or professionally. When I contacted their team to report the issue, they offered AED 35 credit for the next service, which I declined. All I wanted was for them to send another cleaner to redo the job, but they refused. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Service Market to anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaning services
Hi beautiful people around the world.The App are not able to provide 80% of their services. if you book for the service you will got a call back after 10 minutes saying you should cancel and rebook do the technical issue .if you cancel and rebook they will apply the policy so they will detect 30% of the booking amount and they are keep going with the same method. The most non-trusted app.

Well my booking was done for 6th November for 4 hours and I booked for morning 8 to 9 am slot, but surprisingly no one came nor anyone called and more over I just received msg of payment deduction by stating your due to the cancelation policy your payment has been deducted , I mean seriously how come they can do cancellation by their own and can claim that you were not available so as per company policy we took money. I have booked it again today and waiting to see them and their services if this time they repeat then I ll highlight this matter to Dubai consumer rights gov.
Failed to serve from the first order coz of transportation issue!
am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I recently requested an electrician to attend to electrical issues in my home, but unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable. Here are the main issues I encountered: Slow and Ineffective Work: The electrician who came to my house worked extremely slowly and failed to make any progress on the task. It was clear that little to no work was being completed, and I was left feeling frustrated by the lack of action. Unprofessional Behavior: When I entered the house, I was shocked to find one of the technicians praying inside my home. I understand the importance of religious practices, but this was highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a work setting. I felt uncomfortable and confused, as it made me wonder if my home had been turned into a place of worship. Use of Personal Facilities: Additionally, one of the technicians used my personal bathroom without permission. This felt invasive and disrespectful, especially given the circumstances. Unnecessary Time Billing: Despite the lack of progress, both technicians billed me for three hours of work, which was completely unjustified. The entire situation was their fault, not mine, and I feel that I was unfairly charged for services that were neither completed nor properly rendered. Poor Customer Service: I also encountered very poor customer service when I attempted to address these issues. My concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a lack of adequate response or resolution. In light of this experience, I strongly advise others to consider using alternative service providers. The level of professionalism and quality of service I received was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend your company to anyone based on this encounter.
They are launching fake marketing campaigns as 9AED per hr and once you are paying they are charging 38AED per hr, their CS told me it is VAT added !!!!!
