Always a great experience! Fermín was great! He went above and beyond to complete the work and show and explain everything. We love our new thermostats! He explained everything so well.

Service Titan is just not very user friendly like they claim. I am constantly having to jump through loopholes to get it to function properly. It also continuously asks you to delete or undo things you did. Which is equally annoying.

Overall it’s good software but as a technician my first hand experience is with the mobile app. My company has not updated our tablets so I use my cellphone. Really wish the app was better on the phone vs having to carry a separate device.

Been using service titan for 4 years now and I’ve never once met or spoke with any of their reps. Mobile, office and customer allsee different stuff. There’s zero continuity with building options backing out of page may as well restart your iPad if there’s no service. Low service areas and ST is incapable of operating loading screen after loading screen. The follow up section is a literal aneurysm waiting to happen. SERA is a steaming pile of garbage.

Works maybe 60% of the time. Slow, buggy, clearly designed by people who have no field experience

I am a big fan of service titan. It truly makes invoicing so much easier and the amount of resources and possibilities are endless with service titan.

When the system is operating properly it is absolutely wonderful, unfortunately more often than I’d like to admit I have problems with the operating system which at times I need to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it.

It’s constantly crashing and takes for ever to load anything no matter what operation system I’ve down loaded

Been using the mediocre app for a while. But now it just hard crashes every time I try to open it. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it 5 times now. My iOS is currently up to date on my iPad and I’ve tried connecting to WiFi and different cellular hotspots. Still the app will hard crash and not even load or open up to the main screen. This is a very bad bug to have and significantly hurts Service Titan.

Service titan has countless free features they hide from there customer so they can upsell there add on features. They do not train there call center support team adequately and make it impossible to connect with any supervisors except through a general box email with 24 hour turn around time. Premium price is met with mediocre support at best. Not worth the dollars when better systems exist with more features that work more consistently. Thumbs down service titan.
