Lots of bugs and one of the useless app

Clunky, does not work most of the time, creating pass and sharing the same with visitors is an endeavour in itself. Information does not get updated. Better not to have app

Worst app. It doesn’t have any way to approve or reject guest notification. It only hangs the full app whenever a notification for a guest appears on screen. Please don’t use this app at all. Not recommended

Would have given negative ratings if possible. It never works.

Ashiana needs to work on the app as this is not as per the standards. Lags a lot and notification are not working many times. Not sure if any updates are being made ti make this better. I have used mygate as well and that app is way better than this.

Untested app provided to users, not able to approve on my iPhone 11 and it keep sending notifications but doesn’t allow to approve Very very disappointing

The app is like an unfinished startup waiting for some much needed help. Lots of glaring lacunas everywhere. In society complaints, many services are not there like carpenter; there is not even an other option where miscellaneous complaints can be raised. The app does not even have a feedback for itself, which sort of tells the whole story.
